Learn NVivo to use to help literature review process
Summer/Autumn - Dec/Jan - write/refine literature review/sign off (APR 2 - significant piece of work)
Dec 2024- Easter 2025 - participant recruitment/informed consent considerations - term dates - develop relationships with schools for buy-in
Easter/Summer 2025 - teach the train the trainer as pilot session - initial response to research - prep for the teaching/resources collation/ toolbox.
Focus group/interview planning questions and pilots??
Summer 2025 - First train the trainer planning focus group and iteration - TED Days?
Iterative cycles - September 2025, January 2026, Easter 2026 - 3 cycles
Summer 2026 interviews - final interviews
- early notes from findings as a researcher
September 2026 - Greater confidence in using software NVivo specifically for thematic analysis
December 2026 - Summer 2027 - coding/theming - Thematic analysis and findings
September 2027 - Summer 2028 - write up and prepare for submission
Check APR 3??4 requirements for the plan - am I meeting these??
Teaching terms considerations for minimal disruptions/manageable - Autumn/Spring/Summer
Risk matrix - risk table (likelihood/impact/mitigation steps - low/med/high)
My risks - participant recruitment and time commitment/incentives to be able to get involved
Develop relationships with schools for buy-in - TED days sessions - they will learn new skills - get buy-in as time is needed to commit - and overcome assumptions over topic of DA
Pilot sessions/interviews/focus group workshops to refine them to work ready for formally starting
Stakeholder - Disability community to be an observer? Dolphin/UKAAF/BDF? - nothing about us, without us.
