Why are they important?  What else other than captions (sound and visuals) - videos with just music not good for VI. Transcripts and their benefit for everyone. Tools that add captions/collect transcripts  Students do a video - captions are important for many reasons - most people now use captions as everyday. Resources to help turn captions on in various tools, when captions need to be checked and examples. Where this can be reinforced in teaching, added by default, choosing videos, creating videos, ‘I’ve kept the captions on’ - think of when you could use and reinforce this.
