UDL offers advice for inclusive pedagogical practices

They know about the importance of it, but the 'how' is the challenging aspect.

The literature has demonstrated that teachers understand the importance of being inclusive in their own teaching (ref), but to be able to teach digital accessibility awareness they are unsure not only how to put it into practice from their own perspective as a teacher (ref Galvin), but also don't have the pedagogical support or resources to be able to teach it (refs). From a methodological perspective, this research needs to explore the 'how' of teaching digital accessibility in the context of practice, and select processes and methods to situate the teachers' learning and application within a practice-based scenario. The design also needs to cater for exploring teachers' current knowledge.
