BDF presentation ideas

Skills gap - introduce the problem.

Workplace and education.

Unlearning and challenges to get people engaged when they don’t see it as their role
Fighting against culture
When do you address it - before ideas, perceptions or misconceptions get established
Schools and education to educate our future workforce and digital generations
Currently we have L4 apprenticeships- but nothing for basic awareness before that, apprenticeship is higher level
Swimming pool of skills levels- expertise verses the everyday
Back to the future - one small change can make a big impact, so let’s make the change now.
PHD is to build this curriculum and I want input from workplaces, disability community and advocates to talk to me about what’s needed in the future.
Fill out my form to explain what is needed in the future workplace and what basics are necessary to teach young kids so we can build from a foundation.
We don’t have this in the mainstream yet.
But imagine this being mainstream knowledge for our next generation and it being on Newsround.

I’m aiming to make this happen, it needs to happen to ensure our future society can be digitally accessible and inclusive.
