L2E lesson study approach


 Use stakeholders to build L2E website.

Ensure website has core useful information 
Website and induction session used to initiate teachers and their ideas

Teachers plan lessons for their subject areas based on L2E

Lessons observed 
Can teachers put this into practice in their own learning context

Initial lessons and use it as a tool to refer to

Repository of teaching and learning lesson examples 

Could it be a teacher education unit and learning resource? Then feed into outcomes that could be added the PSHE curriculum or extras on unit specs to consider (e.g. Digital society needs)

Developing and reflecting on the ‘practice’ of teaching and learning to raise awareness about DA












Constructivist approach 






Teaching practice ideas:

Simple underlying concepts. 
FE example and reflections as a starting point (paper?)
Why teacher’s lens research not direct with learners (paper?)
L2E website as a source of resources (referenced in paper).
Teachers develop pedagogical ideas of how to teach it in their subjects as a shared learning endeavour.
Learners to understand relevance in own subject or social context. How this might relate to professionals in the workplace.
Focus and lens on developing teacher knowledge and practice- EDI lens, not ICT or technical skills (awareness to enhance awareness in own students).
Site gets developed as a teacher toolkit and reflections
Socially constructed (your lessons may help someone else learn it).
